Our travel planning fee covers the professional time, expertise, and personalized service that goes into creating a seamless and stress-free travel experience. This fee allows me to serve as your dedicated travel advisor and advocate from planning to departure.

Customized Travel Research: Sourcing the best flights, cruises, resorts, tours, and accommodations based on your preferences, budget, and travel goals. Please be very specific about your desires.
Personalized Trip Design.
Tailored itineraries based on your preferences.
Price Monitoring each time you make a payment & Value Comparison. Comparing rates, promotions, and inclusions to secure the best overall value not just the lowest price.
Documentation Guidance: Advice with travel requirements including passports, visas, travel insurance, and cruise or airline policies.
Supplier Coordination: Communicating with cruise lines, hotels, airlines, and tour operators on your behalf.
Booking Support & Modifications: Help with reservations, changes, re-pricing (when applicable), and special requests.
Pre-Travel Assistance: Final travel reminders, packing tips, and important deadlines (final payments, check-in, excursions, etc.)
Travel Advocate Support: Assistance in the event of schedule changes, delays, or supplier issues before or during your trip. OPTIONAL
