Cancellation Policy
You have the most flexibility outside of 120 days prior to your voyage. If you're booking at this time, you have a 7-day grace period to request a full refund on your deposit and any other payments made. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment, allowing you to easily recuperate costs without hassle if plans change unexpectedly.
After the grace period (but still before the 120-day mark), you can receive a full refund on any payments, not including your deposit. Your deposit will be used as a cancellation fee for cancelling after the grace period.
Within 44 days of your voyage, all funds paid are final. However, you do have the option to send a friend in your place up to 48 hours before your voyage, should you be unable to sail. This is an excellent alternative if last-minute issues arise and you wish to ensure your spot is filled without a total loss.
It is advisable to purchase travel insurance to mitigate any unforeseen circumstances leading to cancellations. This additional protection can provide peace of mind, knowing you will be covered should any unexpected events disrupt your travel plans.
Any changes or amendments to bookings made within 30 days of departure may incur additional fees. It's crucial to be aware of this policy and plan accordingly to avoid unnecessary expenses that could arise from last-minute changes.
Please ensure that all personal information provided during booking is accurate, as this can impact your ability to travel and may incur rebooking fees in case of errors. Double-checking these details can save you from potential headaches and additional costs that could arise from mistakes.
